DEFINITIONS
bUYER
The individual or organisation that buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller.
CONTRACT
The contract between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods incorporating these Terms and Conditions.
GOODS
The articles that the Buyer agrees to purchase from the Seller as set out on the order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions set out in this document.
ORDERING AND DELIVERY
When you place an order with RE it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the distance selling regulations, however this does not apply to goods made to your specification, or goods that have already been dispatched after which you would need to return the goods (see damages and returns).
We are thorough in ensuring that information and photographs relating to each product are as accurate as possible but, please bear in mind that a photo and a description are only a representation. Should there be any doubt regarding the depiction of any product, please contact us for further assistance before purchasing. Please note, due to the nature of the goods supplied (old, handmade, unique). Small variances may occur (for example, in colour) when goods are displayed on our site, and we accept no responsibility for such matters unless the variance is substantial.
We endeavour to process orders the same day, although at peak times we may take up to one working week to dispatch. Please note, however, that our mail order department is closed at weekends and bank holidays so any orders placed on these days will be processed the following working day.
If for any reason the goods are not available, you will be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
We will try to meet any agreed delivery times; however, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you, or of any third party, arising from any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the delivery address specified in the order at which point you should make any arrangements necessary to accept delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery, please note deliveries will be left with a neighbour unless otherwise requested. Any special delivery requests must be made at the point of ordering.
If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to a wrong/incomplete address being given or you are not available to accept delivery, then you will be responsible for the cost of having the item re-dispatched, and the cost of having the goods returned to us. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items when incorrect/incomplete address details have been provided.
· If this occurrence is a result of incorrect information provided by you, we accept no liability and shall be within our right to charge you the re-delivery and return costs.
· If this occurrence is a result of incorrect information by us, we accept full liability and shall resend all items free of charge.
second hand/old GOODS
Second hand items may have suffered some form of wear-and-tear, as these items are not new. These could include, but are not limited to, scratch marks, scuff marks, discolouration, and staining. The images on our website may not always show these defects, and where we have bought a quantity of an item, we can only show one example, and not necessarily the item you will receive. Should there be any doubt or concern regarding these items, please contact us for further assistance before purchasing.
STORAGE / LATER COLLECTION
When purchasing goods, whether in store or online, we will hold items for up to 4 weeks in order to arrange collection/delivery. After this time, you will be automatically issued a full refund in the form of store credit. This will be issued as a gift card and can be used in store or online – these will not expire and can be redeemable in numerous transactions if necessary.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the website. The price is inclusive of VAT. The price excludes delivery charges.
Payment for all goods, including VAT and delivery charges, must be made in advance by credit or debit card or bank transfer at the time of ordering. We accept payment with Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard and American Express.
Delivery charges will be shown at the time of order, and we try to provide accurate pricing for this. However, we reserve the right to change delivery charges after your online order if we discover a mistake in our pricing, we do not deliver to your area, or other information comes to light that would affect our delivery costs.
RIGHTS OF SELLER
We reserve the right to periodically update prices on the Website.
We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time.
DAMAGES AND RETURNS
ONLINE ORDERS
You should inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us by phone or email within 3 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If you fail to do so you shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Please also make sure all packaging is checked thoroughly before being disposed of as Goods disclosed as not received have previously been recovered in the packaging.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by you. The Buyer shall be entitled to replacement goods or full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact deemed defective.
Unwanted goods must be returned by you at your expense within 7 days from delivery in original condition and should be adequately packaged and insured for the return journey as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods (excluding delivery charges). Please also ensure you have proof of postage.

IN STORE PURCHASES
Unwanted or defected/damaged goods must be returned by you to our store within 31 days of purchase in original condition and with a proof of purchase receipt for a full refund. Goods returned after this time will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be redeemable for a store credit if not eligible for a refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Buyers use of this website and any information it contains is entirely at the Buyers risk for which the Seller shall not be liable. It shall be the Buyers responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meets the Buyers specific requirements.
