We ship using a next working day service but dispatch times may take longer at busy times of the year. Our delivery and packing charges are listed below. A signature will be required upon delivery, please note deliveries will be left with a neighbour unless otherwise requested.

Returns
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition within seven days of receipt. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 3 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
